Patient Assessment & Evaluation
Nursing assessment is the systematic and dynamic examination that allows the nurse to gather and analyze the information about the patient’s physiological, psychological, sociological, spiritual, economic and lifestyle status. BW Healthcare Services provides experience Registered nurses who are always available to carry out this assessments with clients and family members.
This assessment is an essential part of a nursing process. It is the precise way that examines the patient’s problem and finding a way to resolve these problems. It is also the accurate assessment that views the patient holistically and to know their real needs.
Not only a nurse will conduct the patient’s assessment of the physical causes and manifestation of pain, but also the response of the patient, this includes the patient’s refusal to eat, the failure of getting out of bed, anger towards the health staff, fear of dying, fatigue, and the request for pain medication.

Home Visit Nurse
Home visit nurses are essentially traveling treatment providers, who may attend to anything from basic needs such as hygiene and nutrition, to more specialized care like medications, infusions and even emergency interventions. In the public health sector, you may work in conjunction with community wellness programs or public care facilities. This can allow for individuals in the municipality to have access to the treatments and support that they need for wellness and a better quality of life. Our experience nurses will be at your disposal and will performed the following

Visiting individuals within the community to provide healthcare services.

Private Duty Skilled Nursing Services
Private duty nursing is the care of clients by nurses, who may be licensed as RNs or LPNs/LVNs. Most nurses who provide private duty care work one-on-one with individual clients. Such care may be provided in the client's home or in an institution, such as a hospital, nursing home or other such facility. Here at Emmalec Nursing Services, our experienced and license nurses performs the following skilled nursing services such as

Home Health Aid
Emmalec Nursing Services aides provide care for people who have disabilities, chronic illnesses, cognitive impairments, or age-related problems, who have the need or desire to still live in their own home.
Our experience aides provides basic services that include administering medications, changing bandages, and checking vital signs like temperature, and pulse and respiration rates.
Emmalec Nursing Services aides work independently, but there are supervised by a our registered nurses.
